March is just around the corner and we all know what the best part of
March is, March Madness. The month filled with crazy college hoops
action is finally here and we are now getting a first look at an NCAA
Tournament Pack from
Nike
which comes equipped with two new colorways of the Nike Huarache ‘09.
The first pair hosts a black upper accented by a white toebox, a white
swoosh, a varsity royal outsole, a metallic silver midsole stripe, and
white laces. The second colorway yields an extremely similar design to
the first and the only difference is the varsity royal being replaced
by varsity red. The NCAA Tournament inspiration behind these sneakers
can be seen via the tongue which features the tournament bracket in
white.
I have never been a huge fan of the air huarache, its just a weird looking shoe in my opinion. Its probably nikes second most controversial shoe after the six rings. A ton of people hate it, a ton of people love it. just sort of depnds on the person. As for this pack, it comes in two colors, red and blue. I am definently feeling the blue more. The red is just a bright colorway witth the rest of the shoe being that flat black. The blue is a more subtle and pleasing color overall I would say.
